Floppy Foot Running

Its all the craze. ok, so when I injured my calf, I rested. I injured it again. I rested longer. I injured it again.
I have now developed a method of running slower with floppy feet to not use my calf muscles, when I remember.

sometimes it is sore, but most of the time I can do it.
