It's like riding a bike

When you have found yourself out of the habit of staying in shape, you take on a whole new shape.

The good news is it is just like riding a bike. Or at least that is what  I am going with.
So I started riding the recumbent bike. Rather than waste my Sundays watching football on the couch, I am wasting them watching football and riding.

Last night during the 10 year anniversary celebration of the New Orleans MNF game that reborn that wonderful city I biked for 65 minutes.
My goal is to add 5 to 10 minutes per game I watch.

Since I generally watch only on Monday Night Football, that would be my minimum.
But I am hooked on the NFL and so I will generally watch some game on Sunday before Bible study and Thursdays are rare, but with this new attitude I feel like I have an excuse to watch.
